Immigration Canada : According to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development Canada, the federal and provincial governments and local authorities will work together to provide a better quality of services provided prior to the arrival of immigrants, as well as a better, more honest, transparent and rapid assessment of their skills and opportunities. The Ministry said that it will help accelerate the arrival and integration of immigrants into Canadian society.
