The Government of Canada launches a new web portal for new immigrants
The project will focus on the preliminary stage of the immigration process, providing potential immigrants with information that they need before coming to Canada.
Government will allocate 1.7 million U.S. nonprofit organization JVS Toronto for the development and support of the project Pre-Arrival Services Online www.friendfeed.com/anatolegerasim

Immigration Canada : during December 2009 will not be accepted visa applications lodged in person or through representatives. Applications may be filed through the International Organization for Migration, Visa Service Pony Express or by mail.
