Sharansky, Minister of Immigrant Absorption and the Sofa Landwehr argue that one reason for this success is the "red carpet" for new immigrants, in which new citizens of Israel holds a "fair absorption," in which immigrants are helping with the initial absorption - opening bank accounts, choice of sickness fund, etc.
