49-year-old Lennikov with his wife and 17-year-old son lived in the Vancouver area for 11 years and last fall filed documents for permanent residence. Thereafter the report was initiated the process of deportation. Federal Judge Russell Zinn upheld the earlier Minister of Public Security of Canada decision that Lennikov, allegedly worked in the 1980's interpreter, can not remain in Canada.
