Department of Immigration introduced vouchers for language learning. Minister for Immigration, Citizenship and Multiculturalism Canada Jason Kenney said that his department this fall introduce vouchers Language Training Vouchers for new immigrants. Thus, the Department of Immigration wants to encourage the desire of new immigrants use the services it provides and to facilitate more successful integration.

What, then, to talk about Quebec, where French Canadian majority of the 7,7 million population? French language in 2001 called the native inhabitants of 81%, English - only 8%.
