The resolution brought in parliament by prime minister Stephen Harperom, has caused heated arguments in the country. One consider that its acceptance will help to solve for ever the main problem of the Canadian internal policy - Quebec separatism. Others - that Stephen Harper makes advances to nationalists and it finally can lead to disintegration of Canada.
