Since 2009 13 regions of Federation participate in government program realisation, and their majority them have the publishing production for presentations abroad and for distribution to compatriots in Points on reception.

So still 120 years ago, in 1889 the Canadian Department of internal affairs had been published «the Immigration directory for the Scandinavian immigrants to Canada, with detailed descriptions of a province Manitoba, North-West territories and British Columbia»; on a source language, i.e. Swedish, it sounded as: «Officiell handbok innehllande underrttelser angende Canada med srskild hnsyn till provinsen Manitoba och nord vestra territorierna samt Brittiska Columbien ssom flt fr skandinaviska nybyggare».
This directory on immigration has been published to involve specially to Canada which had many of the empty, not populated earths, immigrants from Sweden. The directory contained 4 sections:
1. The preface not only about Canada, but also about the Canadian society (that obviously does not get, for example, in Kaluga «to the Instruction …»;
2. The help information on immigration procedures;
3. Topographical (instead of geographical, as in Kaluga «to the Instruction …») the description of the Canadian provinces;
But the most important thing - special attention in the directory has been given already existing Scandinavian settlements, with instructions, for example, in what province are available for the Swedish families and where they are not present.
