In 2008 the Kaluga point of Remedial Center "Memorial" together with Vorotynsky public organisation of assistance to migrants and Public chamber of Kaluga - with assistance of fund "" - has published «the Instruction to the compatriot» in which, besides the official information, has included the data about the Kaluga non-governmental organisations helping migrants in municipalities, about places of compact settlement of migrants in the Kaluga region. «The instruction …» has been transferred for distribution including to Point on reception of compatriots regional minute of work. However, state "things are right where they started": in new «to the Instruction …» minute of work as was not words it is told about not state support of migrants in the Kaluga region, and is not present till now.
