Why the growth? American and European investors, seeing the futility of investments in real estate in the United States, began to look for alternative markets. One of these markets and was Canada. In Ontario, not given uncontrolled cheap mortgages - here just do not allow local laws and regulations. Therefore a fall in prices in Ontario are not projected.
